Establishing a Pocket PC partnership

Place the Pocket PC in the cradle.  You will see a message that asks you if you want to "set up a partnership".  Note:  your window may vary depending on your Pocket PC and version of Microsoft ActiveSync.

Select that you want to synchronize only with this computer.

For the purposes of MyEMR for the Pocket PC, make sure everything is NOT checked except for:

* Patient

* Finding

* Patient

* Patient Diagnosis

No other synchronization objects are required by MyEMR for the Pocket PC, although you may turn other objects on at any time through the "Options" on the Microsoft ActiveSync window.

Click Next.  Note that the Microsoft ActiveSync is looking for changes...

Now that changes have been detected, Microsoft ActiveSync is synchronizing...

Now all items show they are "Synchronized".  Your setup is complete.  Click "Finish" and remove your Pocket PC from the cradle.
